Hello, and welcome! I’m Janet Lees, founder of Redeeming Eden Ministries. I am a certified spiritual director, instructor, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience accompanying individuals through the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises. It is my joy to help others recognize God’s loving presence and invitations in the ordinary moments of daily life, especially through the wisdom of Ignatian spirituality.

I walk with individuals who long for deeper prayer, clearer discernment, and a more intimate relationship with the Lord. As we listen together for the gentle movements of the Holy Spirit, my desire is to help you respond with greater freedom, trust, and peace.

I am also a wife, mother of seven, and grandmother to a growing number of grandchildren — blessings that continually shape my understanding of God’s love. Before entering full-time ministry, I worked as a physical therapist and co-founded a successful practice with my husband, Tim, in 1994, where I continue to serve in an advisory role.

It is a joy and privilege to walk with others as they discover the truth that has shaped my own life:
